  • Messages and attachments you send to support.

2.2 Image Processing Information

  • Images you upload to remove text from image files.
  • Optional mask data you create by brushing over text areas.
  • Generated output images, previews, job status, resolution, file type, and processing metadata.
  • Download and deletion actions in your workspace or My Creations.

2.3 Content Safety Review Information

  • Compressed review copies of uploaded images used to check whether a request may violate our Terms.
  • Automated moderation results, such as blocked categories, safety signals, timestamps, and related request metadata.
  • We do not create an image text removal generation task when an uploaded image fails the content safety review.

2.4 Payments and Credits

  • Credit balance, credit packages, subscriptions, and transaction history.
  • Payment processor identifiers and billing status. We do not store full card numbers.

2.5 Device, Usage, and Cookies

  • IP address, browser, device type, operating system, referring URLs, and page interactions.
  • Authentication cookies, anonymous trial identifiers, language preferences, and security logs.
  • Basic usage analytics used to understand product performance and improve the Service.

3. How We Use Information

  • Provide the AI text remover, upload workspace, optional mask workflow, and result downloads.

4. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information or uploaded images. We may share information with:

  • AI processing providers: Uploaded images, optional masks, and job parameters may be sent to AI image editing providers only to complete the remove text from image task you request.
  • Content safety providers: Compressed image review copies and related safety metadata may be sent to automated moderation providers to detect NSFW, exploitative, violent, or otherwise prohibited content before processing.
  • Cloud infrastructure: Hosting, storage, database, CDN, email, logging, and security vendors help us operate the Service.
  • Payment processors: Authorized payment providers process transactions and manage subscription status.
  • Legal and safety requests: We may disclose information when required by law, court order, valid legal process, or to protect rights, safety, and security.

5. Image Privacy and Retention

  • Images are used to generate your requested result and are not used for public galleries or marketing.
  • Uploaded images and generated results are deleted by default after 7 days.
  • Logged-in users can manually delete creations earlier from My Creations when deletion controls are available.
  • Some provider logs, security logs, backups, or billing records may remain for a limited period as required for security, accounting, or legal compliance.

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, including HTTPS, secure authentication, access controls, and protected cloud storage. No online service can guarantee absolute security, so you should avoid uploading images that you are not comfortable processing through an online AI tool.

7. Cookies

  • Authentication, session management, Google OAuth, and Magic Link sign-in.
  • Anonymous free usage limits and abuse prevention.
  • Language preferences, product analytics, and performance measurement.
